Meet the Herbalist

Thanks for checking out our website! My name is Sarah Tracy and I've been a big fan of plants ever since childhood. I've studied herbalism with several local herbal teachers, including several years at Twin Star School of Herbal Education in New Milford, CT, and I have completed renowned herbalist Rosemary Gladstar's intensive Science and Art of Herbalism. In addition to Western Herbalism, I also am a certified Flower Essence Practioner and Tropical Flower Essence Practioner. In my free time I grow my own medicinal herbs and forage for many others on my property in Torrington CT as well as other surrounding towns.
